Die King Air C90GTx war die letzte Entwicklungsstufe der King-Air-90-Linie und ergänzte die C90GTi bei ihrer Zulassung 2010 um Verbundwerkstoff-Winglets und ein höheres Startgewicht von 10.485 lb. Angetrieben von zwei PT6A-135A mit 550 shp und später mit Collins-Pro-Line-Fusion-Avionik ausgerüstet, wurde sie bis März 2021 gebaut.
