Der im Mai 2018 vorgestellte und ab August desselben Jahres ausgelieferte HondaJet Elite ergänzte einen Zusatztank und aerodynamische Verfeinerungen, die die NBAA-IFR-Reichweite mit vier Insassen um 214 nm auf 1.437 nm erhöhten. Eine größere Höhenruderwirkung verkürzte die Startstrecke um rund 500 ft auf 3.491 ft, und die Nutzlast stieg durch ein geringeres Leergewicht und ein höheres MTOW um mehr als 200 lb. 2021 löste ihn der Elite S ab.
