2018年5月に発表され、同年8月から納入されたHondaJet Eliteは、補助燃料タンクと空力面の改良を加え、搭乗者4名でのNBAA IFR航続距離を214 nm延ばして1,437 nmとしました。エレベーターの効きを高めたことで離陸距離は約500 ft短縮されて3,491 ftとなり、空虚重量の軽減とMTOWの引き上げによりペイロードは200 lb以上増えています。2021年にElite Sに置き換えられました。
