HondaJet Elite 於 2018 年 5 月發表，同年 8 月開始交付，加裝輔助油箱並進行氣動力改良，使載四人時的 NBAA IFR 航程增加 214 nm，達到 1,437 nm。升降舵效能提升使起飛距離縮短約 500 ft 至 3,491 ft，空重降低與最大起飛重量提高則讓酬載增加逾 200 lb。2021 年由 Elite S 接替。
