Duncan Aviation is the largest family-owned business-aircraft MRO in the world, founded in 1956 by Donald Duncan as a Beechcraft distributor. Its full-service facilities in Lincoln, Battle Creek and Provo perform airframe and engine maintenance, avionics upgrades, paint and interior completions for Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault, Embraer and Textron aircraft. The company employs more than 2,800 people and operates a network of satellite avionics shops.
