Flexjet takes the first Embraer Praetor 600E
Embraer handed Flexjet the first Praetor 600E, making the fractional operator the fleet launch customer for the updated super-midsize jet. The aircraft adds a 42-inch 4K OLED Smart Window in the cabin sidewall, and Flexjet says its Praetor 600Es will also carry Starlink Wi-Fi.
The delivery sits inside a huge Embraer-Flexjet deal announced in 2025: 182 firm aircraft plus 30 options, valued at $7 billion. Flexjet is also due to receive its first Praetor 500E in the fourth quarter of 2026.
For passengers, the headline is range. The Praetor 600E is listed at 4,018 nautical miles with four passengers and NBAA IFR reserves, enough for London-New York or São Paulo-Miami nonstop. For the market, it shows how fractional fleets keep pushing newer cabins and connectivity into aircraft that owners use for serious international trips.
