Flexjet

Flexjet is the second-largest fractional operator in the world, founded in 1995 by Bombardier and owned by Directional Aviation since 2013. Its fleet of Embraer Phenom and Praetor, Bombardier Challenger and Global and Gulfstream G650 aircraft operates in North America and Europe. Flexjet also owns Sentient Jet, PrivateFly and a growing helicopter division, and in 2025 received a major investment led by L Catterton.

Airshare is a fractional and aircraft management operator founded in 2000 in the Kansas City area under the name Executive AirShare. It sells fractional shares measured in days rather than hours, with a fleet of Embraer Phenom 300 and Bombardier Challenger 350 and 3500 jets. The 2022 acquisition of Wheels Up's aircraft management business roughly doubled its managed fleet.

Avantto

São Paulo, Brazil · Fleet 40

Avantto is Brazil's largest fractional ownership programme, founded in São Paulo in 2011 by Rogério Andrade. It sells shares in helicopters and Embraer Phenom and Cessna Citation jets, operating a fleet of around 40 aircraft with more than 400 shareholders. Avantto also offers aircraft management and charter and has expanded into Argentina and Paraguay.
