The 2022 acquisition of Wheels Up's aircraft management business roughly doubled its managed fleet.

Avantto is Brazil's largest fractional ownership programme, founded in São Paulo in 2011 by Rogério Andrade. It sells shares in helicopters and Embraer Phenom and Cessna Citation jets, operating a fleet of around 40 aircraft with more than 400 shareholders. Avantto also offers aircraft management and charter and has expanded into Argentina and Paraguay.
