Bombardier Challenger 601-3A/3R

The Challenger 601-3A brought a Sperry SPZ-8000 glass cockpit and uprated CF34-3A engines to Canadair's wide-body business jet in 1987, and the 601-3R of 1993 added CF34-3A1 engines and a standard tail fuel tank. About 190 of the two versions were built before the Challenger 604 replaced them, and they remain among the least expensive ways into an 8 ft wide stand-up cabin.

In short: The Bombardier Challenger 601-3A/3R is a Large Jet with a range of 3,504 nm, a cruise speed of 459 knots and room for 9 passengers. Pre-owned examples trade around $1M–$2.5M and costs roughly $3,700 an hour to operate (estimate).
