Textron Aviation Citation X

The Citation X was the fastest business jet of its era when it entered service in July 1996, certified to Mach 0.92 with Rolls-Royce AE 3007C turbofans and a highly swept wing. The first delivery went to golfer Arnold Palmer, and the design was later refined into the Citation X+ with a longer cabin and Garmin G5000 avionics.

In short: The Textron Aviation Citation X is a Super-Midsize Jet with a range of 3,390 nm, a cruise speed of 525 knots and room for 8 passengers. Pre-owned examples trade around $3.5M–$7M and costs roughly $3,500 an hour to operate (estimate).
